      Pros

      Work-Life Balance is great Decent annual hike Friendly colleagues (Maybe because there is no competition)

      Cons

      It's a product-based company, suitable for traditional branches and definitely not for IT professionals. No team outings. No promotions. No on-site opportunity. Facility is not good beacuse of broken chairs, old tables and old laptops.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
