      Fellow staff were intelligent and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Uncaring managers with one thing in mind.....their own future with the company not caring who is hurt on the way including taking credit for other staff members ideas & creativity.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
