      Pros

      Good paying company. Good management from top with lean methodolgy.

      Cons

      However, allot of talk on local level not adressessing machine down time. There were too many work arounds and putting out fires instead of investing in maintenance supervisor and collecting data on down time and a preventitive maintenance program.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
