Pros
Great culture, most helpful people, open culture. Good and regular interaction with senior management instills faith and direction. Good work life balance. Both work and fun happens. Good HR practices. Supports learning culture. Premium brand so high end technology in HVAC.
Cons
A premium brand- so the question 'what's next?' needs to be answered. Which future technology the company intends to capitalize is somewhat unclear. The urgency to outpace the market seems slightly slow. Most products are a great hit, but few are either too advanced or complicated, thus sales picture seems unclear.
