Pros
Overtime. Thats where all the money come from (in spine fin) take it whenever you can The place is a decent job if you dont have a trade and good place to work if you do HELL OF A GOOD FIRST JOB if you’re coming out of school
Cons
Breaks. There starting to do them again and they’re very random and can range from 3 days to a week depending on the holiday usually it gets posted before it happens or you hear it from a DLP or supervisor The benefits are decent except optical insurance its horrible
