      Good pay Good coworkers Good culture ie not expected to work over 40 hours , some employee parties,

      Cons

      Project schedules are unreasonable and do not get adjusted when they are woefully off track. Products get pushed out the door before they are ready. Management pushes for minimum viable instead of high quality.
