Pros

Safety is Job 1. The employees are very friendly and always help each other. They enjoyed 3 million safe working hours a few months back.

Cons

Not very good at predicting if they have to work on the weekends because they wait to the last minute to post . Employees have trouble making plans.

Pros

Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

Cons

Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
