      Work life balance is secured. Flexible work time too.

      1. Terrible and unreasonable internal procedure that must be obeyed. 2. Poor system used to handle all the company orders. There is no aligned system or a complete system. 3. Restricted by a lot of unacceptable rules in order to complete the tasks. 4. Always talk about compliance issues.

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
