      Good employees who are dedicated to the company.

      Cons

      Bad regional management who have no idea what a dedicated employee looks like. Rather play favorites while fabricating untruths to eject those who stand in the way of the favorites getting promoted..

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
