      Pushing engineers for cost savings too far. Expectations of project savings is overwhelming. Too many levels of management.

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Great work environment and work/life balance. I have the ability to manage my own work without micromanaging.

      Cons

      The process to be hired on directly from being a contractor was terrible. Backed me into a corner with a couple of days left on my contract and said to accept offer which was under what was communicated to me or basically i would not be working once my contract ended.
