- Free Pizzas - You set your own career path if that's something you want to do - Great product idea, but lacks direction

- Very unstructured, the CEO takes in a lot of projects without consulting the team and sets unrealistic deadlines. - There is no clear direction in regards to where the company is headed. - Tries to be an innovator in the software solutions of the Transportation Sector, but does not have any experienced engineers. - High employee attrition. - You can never quit, management is not civil with people who want to quit. - The CEO, Shadi does not understand anything regarding management in general.
