      Good colleagues, good cultures, good working environment.

      Cons

      Average salary, I was lucky I worked in the good program with good ratings, it means we got some cash bonuses whenever it reached certain rating. Otherwise it would be so tight.

      - Standard health benefits and meal allowance - Good relationships among staff across levels - Incentives available depending on division and company targets

      -Very limited salary growth (only one small increase in 5 years) - No clear career path; promotions are difficult - Top-heavy management structure - No overtime pay despite frequent overtime - Low salary and weak KPI implementation - High work pressure with limited benefits - Paid parking and gym; no company outings
