Best place share cloud career as fresher, fresher can easily work with founder and experienced senior engineer, we can learn everything deep and core concept in cloud and other technology, here everyone is one, everyone is equal, even fresher, senior are guiding people because they know the strong foundation, in other hand company expect in you and training you with strong foundation in Linux, network, Python, cloud and more, time is flexible, friendly workspace, Saturday and Sunday leave, lunch break, tea break, and others depend on your own time.

If you are not a self-learner, you will suffer a lot. At least you should know the basics of Linux and Python because daily we are using the Linux system. Linux knowledge is a must.

TransCloud Labs is a very supportive place for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in cloud and DevOps. As a trainee, I got hands-on exposure instead of only theory. The team members are approachable and always ready to help when you get stuck. Learning culture is strong — seniors actually guide you and explain concepts clearly rather than expecting you to “just know.” Work environment is friendly and not overly stressful for trainees. I liked that I was given real tasks related to cloud, Linux, and deployments, which helped me gain confidence. Good place if you genuinely want to learn and grow technically.
