Pros
As long as you're there they'll sign your paycheck. You can listen to music or watch Youtube videos while you work.
Cons
If a manager decides they don't like you they'll fire you for no good reason. No advancement opportunity. Will have numerous new responsibilities piled onto you over time without raises or promotions of any type. Project managers are hostile and threatening, and HR will get rid of you rather than address a complaint. Company makes up procedures and lingo as they go along without clear direction.
