Pros
I joined transdyne 10 months ago. completed my training 3-4 months back. The training was very vigourous in three different levels. Now I am a Process Specialist. Training was the best here.
Cons
This was the second time I applied for this company. Was selected a couple of years ago too but did not join because of the employment agreement. But I had to be idle searching for jobs for almost 2 years. I tried and luckily got selected again. Now after completing the training I understand why the agreement is mandatory. there is so much that we learn here.
