Pros
If you want to fine-tune your resume and become "manager" rather quick, this is the place. You'll be give a documentation and guidelines for everything so don't worry. No need to make decisions nor come up with own ideas, there's a process for everything.
Cons
Abuse of titles at its best. There are so many so called managers and directors but only a few can really manage or achieve something. There's lots of talking, planning and very little knowledge about the subject matter.
