      The pro is hour flexibility.

      Cons

      I worked for this company for a year. I started having a lot of problems to get paid...A particular person didn't want to pay me for my hours. I had every proof to show. It was a waste of time emailing, calling, and trying to reach the right person, just to get paid for my job.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
