      Pros

      Very social, especially for young people who are new to the company. Lots of different job opportunities and areas to move into.

      Cons

      Salaries start low and are slow to increase unless you're absolutely indispensable.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
