      good exposure to different country HR matters

      Cons

      no support structure for the HR team, no budget for training to bring HR staff up to speed with different legislative requirements in all countries covered, strong micromanagement

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
