      Pros

      Good processes and continuous development of new strategies . Some managers are flexible and try to help you.

      Cons

      Long hours if you want to move up is almost a must. Atttention to detail, otherwise little mistake would fire back big. Daily routine gets monotonous and rarely you can switch.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
