The pay is lower for translators now than when I joined some 6 years ago. They are trying to computerize everything; not a good idea. The managers are badly trained and offer poor advice. But the worst of all; if you have a problem, particularly technically or with invoicing, it is virtually impossible to get hold of anybody to help. The company is simply far, far too big.
