      - Run your own small business. - You make good money, just need to get over the hard first 3 years. - Abilty to travel

      Cons

      It's not as bad as you're reading. I always tell people TransPerfect gave me the best sales training for jobs I've since taken.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
