      Pros

      Extremely fast paced and you learn a lot. I loved working with translators from all over the world.

      Cons

      The hours are extremely long and the compensation is poor for the number of hours you put in. I had a great team and boss and I don't think I would've made it otherwise.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
