      a global company, possibility to work with people from many cultures

      Cons

      huge workload, the salary is on the lower side. Having to constantly bargain for lower and lower rates for vendors who already offer the lowest they can.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
