Competitive environment within the colleagues and departments Micro-management Managers push you a lot and make you feel replaceable Constant overtime with no extra pay Required to work on some bank holidays Not enough holiday days considering how stressful the environment is (managers do not remind the employee they should take some time off to rest when overwhelmed at work) Too much focus on hitting goals Salary does not reflect the amount of hours and work being done Not enough recognition for hard work No transparency with bonuses once received Very low morale within the teams
