      Have a need-based service and, if you can land a few key accounts, can make a ton of money in the long term.

      Cons

      Low base salary. Management is a little off. If you don't land a few key accounts, you don't make much.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
