      Pros

      Darya Ilazarova is by far the best recruiter I will ever come into contact with. She helped me not only land a job but was so patient, diligent and encouraging during the entire process. She not only is an expert in her field but is a wonderful person in general. She knows what she is doing and will help you as much as she can. TransPerfect did an amazing job when hiring her for recruitment. She is top notch!

      Pros

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
