Micromanaged, criticised, very disposable, no real care or consideration for wellbeing - the most empathetic response you can expect to hear is: "sorry that you feel this way." Workload and targets lead to overwhelm, working (unpaid) overtime and through breaks is just so normalised, almost expected? Relentless amount of training, tests etc. leave you feeling burnt out. Anything other than blind obedience is not tolerated here - which makes sense since you're worked and treated like a dog. Silencing culture, managers are rude, unprofessional and controlling. Pay really does not justify the workload and responsibilities of the job.
