Pros
-Great skills for an entry-level position -Wonderful team and great management within our department, which protected us from awful sales people -Our department encouraged work-life balance, and didn't abuse us like headquarters does (9-5pm instead of the company trend of 9-8pm or worse) -Some work from home -Supportive, healthy environment
Cons
-Headquarters is the worst -Sales people still treat us poorly -Very average/ low salary. NEGOTIATE. They take advantage of recent grads. -Too stressful -Location of my particular production center is very inconvenient. -Not much opportunity for growth. Bonuses are not competitive with market average.
