The people are all incredible to work with - such a fun and lively culture where everyone feels part of the team and can find their place. Everyone in this company is part of something bigger - whether you've been here for a week or for 10 years you're input is important and valued by the clients we deal with and by management and peers. It's a really rewarding place to work - if you invest and put in the effort you see the rewards (pretty quickly). The sky is really the limit for people who want to work hard and commit to this company. As much time and effort you invest into the company and your work, that's what you'll get out of it. It's really fast paced and never boring - every day is different and provides new challenges and obstacles. There is never a dull moment here and you can always find something to do and someone that will help you do it! Whatever you're driven by you'll find in this company and without a doubt in this office. The managers - they are all promoted from with in - not only does this mean that they have gone through everything that you will ever go through and can help you out or tell you the best way to go about any issue - it also means that you can see your future ahead of you. put in the time and the work and know that, whatever it is you want to do, you can get there with your managers help and guidance. Cons
The company has a pretty bad reputation for some reason - i can't tell you what this place was like prior to 2013 as i wasn't here but what i do know is that the company i see being described in some of these reviews is a million miles away from the company and office i know. From the highest people in this company the culture is to work hard during office hours then go live your life and not worry about work. Of course the work is challenging and you can sometimes feel stressed but the levels of support i've seen in my time here, and the things managers and co workers will do to help out really is a rarity in the working world - as long as people know what is going on then everything can be fixed!
