      Great group of people, all of similar 25-35 age group, good energy and eagerness amongst colleagues, flexibility due to lack of structure

      Cons

      Not enough training for their Managers and it seems they promote just because it's the next step, and not based much on merit

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
