      lots of time for beginners to work with clients, pretty laid back environment, nothing too difficult

      plenty of inefficient processes, departments very isolated from each other, nothing too exciting going on

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
