Burn out mentality, pay is below average while work is definitely above. My manager (I can't speak for the others) was non existent and to be true fairly incompetent. If you are an Account Manager you need to reach a certain amount of New Business before being promoted, but the activities related to Account Management take 99% of time and therefore you do not have time to pursue new business, so the growth criteria is quite unfair to the ones who manage big accounts with a lot of existing business to handle. No benefits

Pros

Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

Cons

Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
