Pros

Pay on time , VTO, good environment, opportunities to grow in the company.

Cons

Back to back all the time, around 40 to 50 calls working 7 hours, very repetitive since almost all the calls are bank calls. Bad pay for what you work for, a freelancer makes more money working that amount of hours. They don't offer WFH for those who were working in the office, but they do hire WFH. They are told that if they want to work from home, they have to resign and reapply for the position. They fire a lot of people in training and after training and that's why we were always back to back. Bad management. Bad system, calls drop very often, or the audio did not work or the system completely froze. You had to fill out a lot of emails explaining why the call was not successful... The clients for whom I had to interpret also complained about this, clarifying that now the audio is worse on calls . I had one of the worst training as an interpreter in this company, you are not going to interpret, you are going to translate, and follow a series of outdated protocols that do not work in this industry. One of the worst interpretation company!

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
