Pros

Most of the NON-management folks are very nice people BUT they put up with way to much baloney and lies from management There are greenfield projects at the company The process is almost non existent (that is really a con).

Cons

They brought back a very toxic employee that should have been terminated. Once the VP got him to convert to christianity and had hosted a party for him at his home, he was given his job back. The pay is lousy. Management is absentee. They tend to only hire folks from their traditional latin-mass church and catholic school circles and a bunch of folks from a company that the VP was once sued by. INTERESTING. Corporate took money out of everyone's paychecks for 401k contributions in June and the money did not show up in the Merrill Lynch accounts until 6 weeks later. Hmmm. There was a market rally in those weeks. Nobody got compensated for the loss of gains but they should have. Maynard VP is always late on quarterly bonus payment and the only way to get rewarded for good work is to be perceived as a flight risk or have a job offer. Pay increases to some of the most loyal and hard working team members was so low that it was insulting. Do NOT under any circumstance work for them, especially if you are on a Work Visa.

Pros

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Cons

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
