      Pros

      Stopped giving raises a few years ago. Stopped giving bonuses for the most part for several years now. Keep increasing workload. And now want to revert to status of trained monkey. Oh wait, this is pros.... NONE!!!!!! Run!

      Motto: Just do it b*ches! Oh, and we aren't going to pay you.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
