      1. Everyone is helpful and supportive 2. Learn a diverse amount of knowledge in the field 3. Flexibility on working hybrid

      1. Pay is far below average for the amount of work they demand 2. Have a lot of young talent at the bottom and a lot of older talent at the top with no in between 3. Working with their own tech makes it difficult to switch jobs

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
