You have a chance to travel overseas without any insurance. Now I moved to a company where respects me and dont receive email more than 300 any more.
Cons
Incompetent but just young managers Lack of empathy and people from ny fly into each region to give an order to local team. They claim they spread they own culture and but i feel they dont understand about the culture. Incompetent managers give you an miserable life, they rake in all money but you will end up doing a work for managers not for yourself or company No compensation no yealr salary negotiation You will realize your manager misleads you by saying " can you please help~? " but its just an empty words. Lots of gossips among managers they dont evaluate people or inspire employees but just busy with talking bad things behind their back and making fun. No improvement or progress
