      - Environment and co-workers are supportive, friendly, mostly kind - Opportunities to communicate closely with international/big clients - Income tax covered, net salary - Line managers are open and supportive

      - Low salary - No bonus/commission - High amount of work, need to work during nights or weekends but seldomly receive OT payment - No company trip - Sorely focus on profit, not long-term development of employees & their well-being - Unpromising pathway advancement - No recognition of core employees leading to their loss of motivation and burnt-out

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
