      The technology involved is in vogue and I will add that the benefits are also good.

      Cons

      You are expected to work more hours everyday. Managers also like to micromanage you and always look over your shoulders.

      Really great work being done, really good staff, completely open door policy with every member of the company including senior management.

      Cons

      Communication hassles due to the small size of the company, but no big problem as the people are great
