      Ability to make your own judgement calls on matters. Management isn't to heavy-fisted in my department. Good monitoring and technical resources available.

      Cons

      No real career growth potential. Pay is only towards the lower end of the industry average.

      Pros

      Great company takes care of employees and customers. Work is outside of urban areas, where they hire people from as well, so great for people that live in ruarl areas and also like to work there.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, they work you hard. :)
