Pros
You will learn very fast. Very fast paced. Latest technology and agile environment. If you are hands on and can code, this is a great place. I did about 5 major releases in 2 years. Used different technologies. Lead developer is very knowledgeable and helpful. They also pay for you to learn using plural sight and stuff. Code base is well maintained and organized, such that i hardly worked weekends because there are no fires to fight.
Cons
Sometimes short times to finish major projects, but you get used to it. Maybe a bit too much bureaucracy. Sometimes there is micromanagement, but its to enforce quality.
