Transak was founded by its CEO and CTO who are both very passionate about the product they built and love being team players. Both co-founders are very involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that its employees are empowered to be successful. Transak is a financial services company, and its senior management team works very hard to ensure that the company has the proper staffing as well as its licenses in the different countries. Because the company is a startup it also means that you get a lot of responsibility from day one, but what that really means is that you have major input into how the company succeeds.
