      Pay was decent Benefits were ok Once I created boundaries I had better work/life balance and more self autonomy of my work

      Cons

      Mismanagement of projects Consistently gives in to the client without taking trainers' needs into consideration Strings employees along before laying them off Will always place business needs above employee needs
