      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly and great to work with. Members of the credit union are also quite pleasant.

      Cons

      Ky Telco is very sales driven. The company has a sales goal that every teller and loan officer must meet every month in order to keep their job. They are very strict about this referral goal. It's like working for a car lot in the sense that it is all about selling. You could be the best employee in the world, however, if you don't meet your sales goal you will be let go.

      - there are some people within this company - once you find the right people - who are great to learn from

      Cons

      - most people within the upper management at Transcend Credit Union are either married or related to one another and there is no transparency about this fact
