Their salary range is great, once they disclose it (which is unfortunately several steps into the hiring process).
Cons
This company is toxic and treats candidates horribly. Process took 5 months, multiple interviews, complex task assignment. Regardless of receiving extremely positive feedback I was not moved on in the process. Stay away from this company. They will string you along and then drop you at the end once you have invested countless hours into their contrived process. They pretend to be guided by an equity lens, but are blinded to the fact that their hiring process lacks any equity and is a serious problem. Toxicity at its finest.
