Great dependable run. My wife and I enjoy working here at Transco. The Driver managers are good and try to work with you the best they can. Office staff has always been friendly and available. And the pay and benefits are good. I'd like to see a match on the 401k for long termers like my wife and I, however all in all this is a solid company that I would refer to anyone in the industry. 401k doesn't employer match Health Benifits went from Blue cross to United Health. No increase in pay (been here 2+ years) Break down pay is atrocious 50 bucks a day doesn't even cover my pool man let alone my other bills. The last time my truck went in the shop I nrarly had to empty my savings to get by. That feels unfair. If a computer goes down does a driver manager lose his entire check?
