The work environment is quite ok as they tend to keep everyone nice and you do get paid every month if that is something to be proud of. Unfortunately in Croatia it is.

Wages are quite low, IT problems are resolved super slow and there’s not enough individual approach for different life situations

Micromanagement, the managers get to take as much time off while you are here working hard and getting verbally berated by customers, no time off and when you do take time off it gets counted against you. The onsite facility is gross and trashy
