      Pros

      The pros include having smoke breaks whenever you want within reason.

      Cons

      If you're not Polish with conservative political outlook then you will be hassled. The owner, Stan Tyminski, cooks lunch daily for his employees but if you disagree with him then you will NOT be invited for lunch any longer. You will get 3% profit sharing after $44k has been reached monthly. BUT the Polish guys will get more than the non-Polish. Health and safety is not up to par. Very disorganized.

      Pros

      Amazing place to work and feels like in a multicultural family. Great Team and a Leader with a mission. Equal opportunity for professional growth for all passionate coworkers. Effort is always much appreciated.

      There can not be any Cons.... I have been working there since 1994. Transduction became my home.
