      Nice office, Flexible hours, Free coffe

      Cons

      Low salaries Poor benefits Only 1% pension match (the legal minimum) Inexperienced management no diversity in the workplace, all guys are eastern europeans unhelpful HR (not base in UK) no budget for anything count every penny

      We are really sorry to hear your negative feedback. As we are still a small though growing company, many things and processes, including benefits, etc. are in early stages.       Really bad company i advice anyone that wants to join to think first, very low pay , poor management

      Cons

      Very bad team, everyone is hating each other, no job security, can be fired anytime without motion or notice No career progression Can be bankrupt soon
